Pick what to watch
Open the sidebar from Extensions and enter a cell address, a range, or a column. You can watch as many cells as you need across any sheet.
Set a condition
Choose when to be notified. Any change, a specific value, a numeric threshold, a keyword, a blank being filled, or a value being removed.
Connect a destination
Add an email address or a webhook URL. Destinations are saved once and reused across all your alerts and spreadsheets.
Six conditions
You decide exactly when an alert fires.
Changes
Any time the value is different from what it was.
Equals
Matches an exact text or number.
Greater than
A number goes above a threshold.
Less than
A number falls below a threshold.
Contains
Cell text includes a word or phrase.
Gets filled / cleared
An empty cell gets a value, or a value disappears.
